What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is supportive, collaborative, and always willing to help. ITC attracts talented people who bring their best selves to work, foster teamwork, and support one another's growth, creating a positive culture that drives company success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
ITC fosters an agile work environment where employees are encouraged to explore creative solutions without excessive process or bureaucracy. The focus on productivity, collaboration, and innovation makes ITC a refreshing place to work within the utility industry.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at ITC seems to be more transparent and easy going than what I was used to at other employers. My direct manager really invests in her team to a great degree and I've felt more supported in my role here than any other position in my 12 years in utilities.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are so many benefits to go through when you first start its almost overwhelming. There is a pension type plan on top of the already great 401k match. I got a pay raise for paying less pocket for medical and pay nothing for dental. The benefits package is a huge plus to working at ITC.
