Stop profiling people just on their looks and assume they live a certain way, asked irrelevant questions

We all agree management team should go,a lot of people agree on this,but no one will listen,because H.R. is part of their clique too
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management only care about themselves,and there inner clique,expose people that are getting all the credit,when the little guy in the back is the one getting it done
