Have management listen more to employees concerns
Eliminate complacency in middle to upper management, replace HR department staff.
Wages... possibly go back to 8 hr days so people aren't so tired plus have time after work to do things. Change our pto from taking 1 hr increments to 1/2 hr increments.

The wages need to increase a decent amount. Cost of living is ridiculous and our wages make it extremely difficult to stay afloat financially and that includes working 19 days straight just to get double time to help pay bills.
Invest in newer tech. Our machinery is stamped 1946. Coach employees on how to use new equip that has been bought not write up for messing up while spying, which is watching while hiding. Instead of writing them up. Have a company function so people on 3rds actually know people on other shifts.
