3rd shift supervisor and a select few operators. Those are the few that actually come to work and work efficiently and are fun to work with.

In my team the cooperation is a partnership. We're all aware of the company goals and work together as a team to get the goals together. That is mainly built on trust. Nowadays the upper management do a lot to destroy this trust into ITW ! The "R" out of SMART goals are totally missing.

Always feel appreciated and kept in the loop as far as how the business is doing.
