What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have a unique film that customers cannot source elsewhere. We charge an egregious price for it and our service is average at best.

I.T.W. always puts people in charge with little or no expierience. The treat their workers like a commodity and less than human. Your job is threatened monthly.
