Interview process is very professional
It was a long time ago, but I got to meet a lot of people before making a decision to join.
Quick to hire and fill roles
Meeting several levels of management and my peers.
Executive level aproach and transparency
Review from Product Dept
I interviewed 32 years ago; and the current 'company' didn't even own us..move on from these types of questions. Your survey does not need this
That the company WANT really a feedback from everybody.
How quickly you move to make an offer
It was casual, not a lot of pressure
It's relatively informal, but is structured to ensure bias is kept out of the process as much as possible.
When I was interviewed the supervisor was very professional and nice
How friendly the staff was with me while they interviewed me.
People oriented, career development, process oriented
I was presented with a case study and I had to prepare a presentation with my recommendations on addressing the challenge at hand. I think it was a good way for them to understand the way that I work and made me feel more confident that we were both aligned on our perspectives.
straight forward and honest to each other
The interview was great but a lot of stuff to do before you actually get started
My interview process at the time was pleasant.
Shown the floor and process
Nothing to improve at this place.
It lacks basic and simple professionalism
Stop profiling people just on their looks and assume they live a certain way, asked irrelevant questions
Stop profiling people on the way they look and assume something
