I interviewed 32 years ago; and the current 'company' didn't even own us..move on from these types of questions. Your survey does not need this

How quickly you move to make an offer
It was casual, not a lot of pressure
It's relatively informal, but is structured to ensure bias is kept out of the process as much as possible.

I was presented with a case study and I had to prepare a presentation with my recommendations on addressing the challenge at hand. I think it was a good way for them to understand the way that I work and made me feel more confident that we were both aligned on our perspectives.
