A good place to work. Management is not equal and not all divisions are run the same. Some favoritism is shown within management. Warewash Managers seem to have things together much more than Cooking in the Troy plant.

Always feel appreciated and kept in the loop as far as how the business is doing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Relaxed atmosphere, freedom to use the restroom or visit vending areas as needed without checking in with anyone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel we are now, post-Covid, below the industry standard on wages. Much of this is due to being a unionized shop.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can count on my team for full support on any issue I have. They are willing to work with me and teach me whatever I need.
