Good intentions for company growth
They are very helpful concerning product. Example, colors, fabrics styles, etc.
She is fair, epithetic and friendly.

They are supportive, but overworked too.

The ease of taking time off when needed
Actual I am not full time but the discounts and special deals are amazing and not at all expected,!

My team loves their job but they would want better pay . My team knows how to sell and loves working with people.
The respect we have for our store
We work well together. I am able to ask questions and be involved in the day to day tasks. Everyone is approachable.
We are like family and its the best part of my day when i come into the store!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We love our clients and love working with people . Fashion is mega stellar
The honesty and transparency of the company
Customers are friendly and appreciative of the feedback on their clothing choices. I always know what is expected of me on my shift.
The staff is lovely- so positive and helpful
Teamwork, genuine care and concern for each other and a single- minded focus on our mutual goal

Some staff members and knowing each day is an opportunity to sell to clients .
