Understanding what teams do, listen to them, encouraging them and marketing their skills

This was no leader you hired. You hired a very young man, straight out of the airforce, no leadership skills, treated the workplace like we were going through boot camp. Degrading people every chance he got. Get these hostile bullies out of management positions. Unsafe work environment.

Basic knowledge of entrepreneurship and management

Understanding what is and isn't important to the employees that do the work.
