Mr. Andrew T. Martin, also known as Drew, has been Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Jack in the Box Inc. since November 2016. Mr. Martin oversees the information technology functions across the enterprise, including both Jack in the Box?? and QDOBA Mexican Eats?? brands. Since January 2015 he's been an owner and principal in Silicon Beach Advisors, a technology strategy consulting firm. Mr. Martin served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Lytx, Inc. (formerly DriveCam, Inc.) from October 2011 to December 2014. He has over 25 years of experience in corporate IT and innovation. Mr. Martin served as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Sony Electronics Inc. He worked closely with the service platform, direct business and professional business groups as well as corporate functions such as purchasing, legal and security to ensure day-to-day support for business operations and delivery of investment projects. He was instrumental during the business transformation of SEL's supply-chain management system and in 2005 was recognize for his efforts with the President's Award. Before joining Sony five years ago, he spent nine years managing selling systems at PepsiCo and served as consultant at the Accenture consulting firm. He serves as Member of Board of Advisors at Droisys Inc. He is on the University of California, San Diego Extension Advisory board in guiding the curriculum development for the Strategic IT for Professionals program. He serves on several advisory boards, including the Information Technology Advisory Board for Sharp Healthcare and the Classroom of the Future Foundation. He graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
