Ms. Carol A. DiRaimo has been the Vice President, Chief Investor Relations and Corporate Communications Officer at Jack in the Box Inc. since April 12, 2017. Ms. DiRaimo has been Treasurer of Kansas City/Midwest Chapter of NIRI since May 2002. Ms. DiRaimo served as Vice President of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications at Jack in the Box Inc. since July 2008 until April 12, 2017. She served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications of Applebee's International Inc., since February 16, 2004. She has more than 25 years of corporate finance and public accounting experience, including positions at Gilbert/Robinson Restaurants Inc. and Deloitte. Ms. DiRaimo served as Executive Director of Investor Relations of Applebees International Inc., where she served for 14 years. She joined Applebee in November 1993 and held a variety of roles including financial planning and reporting, treasury and corporate analysis. She served for Gilbert/Robinson. Ms. DiRaimo has six years of public accounting experience at Deloitte Haskins & Sells (predecessor to Deloitte & Touche). She served as a Director of National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) since 2006. She served as a Director of Applebee since 1999 and its Executive Director since 2003. Ms. DiRaimo was a Member of the NIRI's Small Cap Advisory Board. She was a founding board member of the Kansas City/Midwest Chapter of NIRI and served as its Communications Chair from July 2000 to May 2002. She co-chaired NIRI's 2006 Annual Conference. Ms. DiRaimo earned numerous accolades in the field of investor relations. She was honored as Best Investor Relations Officer for a small- to mid-cap company by Investor Relations Magazine, in association with Barron's, for four consecutive years - 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. Ms. DiRaimo holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Missouri-Columbia and received her Executive MBA from Rockhurst University in Kansas City. She is a Certified Public Accountant and received Bronze Medalist from State of Missouri in 1983.
