It's encouraging others to explore and reach out for their dreams and find out what it is that they like to do as a career.

Jackson National higher ups shit on service and operations employees. Our customer service center is routinely recognized by the SQM awards, and while our executives love to show off these awards, we are the lowest paid of the entire company and shoulder the most emotional labor and verbal abuse.

It was the worst experience.
