What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's encouraging others to explore and reach out for their dreams and find out what it is that they like to do as a career.
Easier to get in contact than most would be.
How they work around my schedule for appointments. They care and listen to me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening and making attempts for improvements.
Valuing service and operations employees.
The IT leadership team.dictates technologies and processes to engineering teams without a full understanding of the technology or process they choose. They need to listen to and trust their talent. They are very self-unaware when it comes to their knowledge of many technologies.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus, 401K Matching, vacation time.
It grows year of a year
The salaries are competitive. The benefits are great if your goal is to raise a family and send them to college. The benefits are not ideal for any other lifestyle though.
Good health insurance and 401k.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid more would make me feel better about my compensation. Stop trying to placate us with stupid branded “swag,” most of it is tr
Wasnt equal pay and based on buddy system
Need higher base compensation to be competitive
Pay shpuld be higher, raises are small for being only annual.
The raises for IT do not keep up with the industry and since they have proven they are willing to sell your job to inferior performers it is unlikely they will pay better in the future, unless you are in India, then they might.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the people I work with are great, we all have to endure the same stuff from callers day to day so there is comradery in that.
Freindly, outgoing, helpful people and all very knowledgeable.
The culture inside of the team is great. We work well together. The trust among team members is high.
Great, knowledgeable and effective team with horrific management.
Everyone works to incorporate strengths together.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
To be kind and respectful individuals

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Unable to provide anything positive.
The good thing about all cultures. They know how to get along and knock out the ignorancy and cheat each other like brothers and sisters while they're on the field. With respect, unity and love for one another as a brother and sister.
Most of our direct managers seem to care about us.
Management tries to have fun with special days for associates, or events.
How open it is about diversity.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Work horse and no recognition
The culture suffers from a huge proximity bias. Middle management and even most executive management realize their value lies in diplomacy or illusion of work. Being remote during the pandemic has exposed those don't add to company bottom line. They are forcing everyone back into the office.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It is a fairly streight forward process. Every step is explained and you k ow what to expect.

It made me reflect on my past strengths and areas of improvement.
