Jb hunt Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Toyson Company products are of very good quality & quantity.

i woukd say the compensation package is a good value

The pay rate is satisfactory

You actually pay me to do pretrips. We used to joke that half our salary was for checking the truck.

Best part about the company is how cheap your health insurance benefits are and how much that can cover. I know people who "work" there just for the health insurance benefits.

PTO is really fair plus comp time

Its pretty affordable and well-rounded

We have a pretty good healrh benefits package comparatively

The work is there and they pay everytime, no worries on that part

the insurance is great. no co pay for a walk in clinics.

To be fully vested in the company after ten years of service.

Review from Operations Dept

I'm not sure. I think the 401k could be a little better personally but I like how we get money off our medical insurance by not smoking and filling out a survey.

It nice to be offered one

Review from Operations Dept

The matched 401k contributions up to 6%.

Review from Operations Dept

U get free stuff! For home and at work.

Its over minimum wage

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We have no stock options

Health isurance is not very good and it is pretty expensive.

A change to a new account will better my needs

You will be told youll be promoted then they will outsource someone from a different account for the promotion after you invested yourself into the business

With this market prise we need increase

Looking at average pay for my position I am underpaid

Jbhunt needs to work towards paying market rates.

exceptions for intermodal are not very generous

Review from Operations Dept

Pay is weak compared to industry competitors. Stock options are not available until director position, where in other Fortune 500 companies they are available to individual contributors as part of compensation package. Bonus structure is lacking and makes it incredibly difficult to get a payout.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Across the board the company seems to pay lower than salaries at competitive companies.

Review from Operations Dept

Long term female employee not paid the same as my male counter part
