I love Toyson Company very much. I heard that Toyson Company is very good and I want to work for a big company.
Well they seem to lose a lot of trailers they'll send you to Indianapolis to get an empty trailer to bring back or take over to their big count Home Depot and when you get to Indianapolis it's not there it's in Louisville so you have to drive down the Louisville to get it and they're not much better

The pay rate is satisfactory
You actually pay me to do pretrips. We used to joke that half our salary was for checking the truck.
Best part about the company is how cheap your health insurance benefits are and how much that can cover. I know people who "work" there just for the health insurance benefits.

The team as a whole is very solid but lacks direction and leadership to help everyone understand expectations of their role
Protecting them from the bad things that jb hunt does. They make it worth it. They are good people who deserve fair and honest safe work. It is not that place.
The diversity of team members
Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, funny, always willing to help each other out
It is what you make it.. I can be miserable and make the days really long, or I can be positive and get done with it faster

I would say the most
Some techs ignore management & try to communicate their exact needs to to me to get the job completed.
There is a sense of community, especially if you're involved with the ERGs. Most people here are good people.

I like the fact most of the interview is hands on
My current company is millis not jbhunt. They are very picky and thats a good thing.
It was easy and fast
Honest answers and friendly people
when everything goes smooth and the equipment doesn't break down

Helping my customers with problems and being able to network with different people.
