What is the best part about your compensation package?

Great pay, above average industry

Insurance and 401k was the only thing i liked

Well to be fair haven't used health benefits much so can not give an honest opinion on that. I do know our pay rate is quite a bit under the immediate factories in the are.

Great benefits and fair pay

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They use their employees. They no long match 401ks til the end of the year, with no idea how much they'll match.

Seniority pay, if someone has been with the company for 25 years, someone that just started should not make the same or more than the long term employee.

Most companies pay their maintenance employees a higher starting wage

To be compensated for the time I worked without having to worry if ima get paid correctly so I can budget

Work hard not recognized.should be making at least 4 dollars an hour more

To have better parental benefits

The level of work and hours required of salaried employees makes the entire compensation calculation based on 40 hours per week null. The benefits are not useful in real situations, when they are needed the most. Everything is based off NC and other sites suffer.

Cost to much to hard to view

Picked on, gaslighted, income discrimination in favour of others.

I feel undervalued because my work load keeps frowning and having responsibilities added to my daily work load but no extra pay to go with it

Upper management did not pass any "good job" or congratulations to lower management, only criticisms and put down the lower management team on daily basis. Bullying the lower managers is a daily event.

Not being overworked and treated like a person instead of compared to a machine while constantly being told I'm not good enough
