Listed under leadership concerns. Not a healthy or legal environment
As previously stated, schedule changes with no consideration for the employees family situations. Child care, planned vacations and/or staffing shortages.

The quality of products we are sending out has plummeted due to half of the work force being new hires and we don't have a quality inspector on our shift. There also needs to be some sort of accountability when people repeatedly make the products wrong and know its wrong but send it anyways.

THE HR Director is biased , practices favoritism, toxic and had the false attitude

No training. Forced to work to many hours. Short breaks and lunches. Lack of cleaning. To much paperwork of repeated information. Slowing down production.

Hire less socially aggressive managers. Take action against managers who are actively hostile to employees. Treat workers like they aren't disposable, and actually do something about retaliation
