Im depressed about the way I'm treated and harassed by the office. I dedicates my time and energy to the company, exceeded expectations, only to not get paid and have my Christmas ruined out or worries I won't get paid. Emotionally it's been hard to show up to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be compensated for the time I worked without having to worry if ima get paid correctly so I can budget
