I have learned many position and new things working for the company, but am constantly denied raises despite the vast amount of positions I know and years with the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and letting people know the hours ahead of time instead of last night. We never know if we have to work Saturdays until Friday.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The quality of products we are sending out has plummeted due to half of the work force being new hires and we don't have a quality inspector on our shift. There also needs to be some sort of accountability when people repeatedly make the products wrong and know its wrong but send it anyways.
