The place used to be a pretty good job until coporate started getting more involved. Now we have a lot of useless garbage to wade through to do our jobs, twice as much management and office personnel who don't seem to have much work to do and we can't get any production out. The place is toxic.
What did you like most about the interview process?
This isn't really relevant for me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of the coworkers that hang around are good to work with but there seems to be a lot of people who come and go. Not much you can do about that the way things are right now.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Find out who is actually getting productive work done and who is standing around talking all day and cut loose the useless people. Bite the bullet and realize you've got a lot of worthless people and positions in the office and management. Find people who actually know how to manage.
