Most managers, from my experience, shouldn't be holding their position. I haven't had a manager that knows about the jobs he or she is managing. I'm a Warehouseman and I'm constantly asked to do Group Lead work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I truly don't see any positivity. The lack of communication and clustered work environment is a problem.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They don't seem to care because there is no motivation to care. Manager decisions gets everybody behind. Then we're giving a deadline to catch up without their help.
