at first thought very highly of the compant. after about a year now management has changed not just how i feel about the company but most of the employess here to let down... to have complete success with employees managment must change there ways .. communication is KEY in to having success

mangers need a wake up call here. they have NO comunication with employees and we have suffer the consequences for there actions.. extremely dissapointed with management and feel forced to surrender my position and start looking for new employment. something must dont. i love my job
