Find out who is actually getting productive work done and who is standing around talking all day and cut loose the useless people. Bite the bullet and realize you've got a lot of worthless people and positions in the office and management. Find people who actually know how to manage.

Communication and basics respect towards employees
They use their employees. They no long match 401ks til the end of the year, with no idea how much they'll match.
Seniority pay, if someone has been with the company for 25 years, someone that just started should not make the same or more than the long term employee.
Most companies pay their maintenance employees a higher starting wage
To be compensated for the time I worked without having to worry if ima get paid correctly so I can budget

Everything , communication , respect , helping one another , even some diversity would have been nice.
People need the tools to do their jobs. Jeldwen uses things until they are so worn out they are dangerous to use. Not enough carts. Not enough forklifts. Etc
Most of the coworkers that hang around are good to work with but there seems to be a lot of people who come and go. Not much you can do about that the way things are right now.
Use common goals and be aligned
Management needs to support them better. Because most of the dissatisfaction is due to lack of motivation and discouragement due to how upper management (the C suite) treats them.

As previously stated, schedule changes with no consideration for the employees family situations. Child care, planned vacations and/or staffing shortages.
The policy is being changed based on certain individuals

The quality of products we are sending out has plummeted due to half of the work force being new hires and we don't have a quality inspector on our shift. There also needs to be some sort of accountability when people repeatedly make the products wrong and know its wrong but send it anyways.
