The leadership is always supportive
Engaged with each department and an open door policy.

Recognition of top performing employees, creating an environment where employees strive to contribute and feel valuable
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical and 401k are excellent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is not commensurate with performance, there are esentially no incentives for employees who consistently rank at the top.
What are some of the best things about your team?
High quality specialists in their field, who are extremely supportive of each other
