I think that by far the most valuable part of my benefits package will end up being my equity in the company. Beyond that, I like the flexibility I have to work from home or remotely if I decide I want to travel and work on the road. Finally, my work hours are also pretty flexible.

Other than the standard 401k, health, dental, vision, the stock options are something I've never been offered before at any workplace. Jerry's growth is exponential, and it's exciting that I can not only contribute to that success directly but also see a stock compensation for it.

I've never had a company offer me stocks before. The company has grown nearly exponentially and its amazing to me that I'm allowed to benefit from that financially. I believe in the success of the company and I directly contribute to it! As for other benefits, all bases are covered and protected.

I definitely feel that I am valued by the company, however, compensation is low.
