What does the leadership team need to get better at?
None of the managers have a tech background. And they have no idea what "technical difficulties" means, instead they will push you to work overtime to launch products with some unrealistic deadlines.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I definitely feel that I am valued by the company, however, compensation is low.
401k matching would be a big plus

At least match the industry's average. Current pay is 50k below the industry standards. Even fresh university graduates make more than experienced guys

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Speed comes at a cost of quality. It's unrealistic to have some big features launched in less than a week. And if transparency is in the culture please share more about the company's valuation.
