In 1999, we set out to build a private jet company that would supply the industry’s best customer service experience. We started by looking at the private aviation space – examining what worked, and more importantly, what didn’t. The national operators provided scale at the sacrifice of personal attention. Local operators were present, but not guaranteed. Both ends of the spectrum provided an experience that was incomplete.
