They screw you out of your bonus and they don’t pay you severance even though you are qualified for a severance when
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I have worked for JLL for over 10 years and in all my years they continue to find ways to rate me as a high performer but then they screw me over on merit increases or 100 % of my bonus and blame the client and take no responsibility for their decisions. JLL is a crappy employer!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?The people who hire account managers need to hire account managers who can ACTUALLY manage Accts instead of hiring ?
