Unlimited vacation. Summer fridays. Work life balance.

I am allowed to provide and share my ideas of improvement, as well as my colleagues.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If compensation grew to your real value/contribution/team playership to the account/building.

Get raises based on cost of living. My expenses have gone up but my pay has barely gone up.

Very little or no bonus. Salary not the highest but good work life balance.

More pay and i feel undervalued because i proved my worth.

I think the stock plan should be more generous and the benefits must be improved.

Review from Marketing Dept

You're constantly told to take on more responsibility outside of your job role but rather than receive recognition for it, management treats the extra responsibility as within your normal scope of work going forward. No bonuses and yearly pay bumps are minimal.

Comp and benefits are well below the market and workloads have exceeded jon descriptions

I wish there are allowances on top of the basic pay.

years of experience and market intel with my position and the support we give to others that get paid way more than we do..

JLL tend to under pay against market,

Review from Operations Dept

They take advantage of loyalty rather than reward it. You have to be either a very good negotiator or be one of a kind in your role and have a large offer elsewhere for them to counter.

proved skills spoke several times with management for their support in promotion no help provided by them

Need to be compensated for the work that is done. I am told that "sometimes you have to accept a low salary" and "sometimes it's better to smile and nod'.

An increase in pay and to have less Micromanagement

Geographic location, increase by at least 25%

In addition to skills, compensation should be adjusted based on complexity of client, square feet overseen, and difficulty of tenant base.

Review from Operations Dept

Annual Raise was made based off of the clients review. Client made an excellent review about me, but because I had a "Safety" incident marked against me, I only got half of the amount I could've gotten. That same "Safety" incident was a rule made by client and not OSHA. JLL did not stand up for me.

Review from Engineering Dept

Transparent reumineration across business lines

Review from Engineering Dept

There must be a uniformity/equilibrium with respect to market, work profile, experience, competency, achievements & skills which is completely missing now

Review from Engineering Dept

The pay is unreasonable for the amount of work that is executed daily.
