What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Understanding employees, completely contradicting what they say and do, rewarding the same people over and over while ignoring growth for the vast majority, excessive arbitrary changes to look like they achieved something without any consideration for employee impact.

The leadership team on my account needs to be better at not picking favorites. They also need to be more adapt to growing the team they already have and promoting from within not hiring more outside people for more money than the current employees make.

Communication Would like to talk to someone

Review from Business Development Dept

Getting rid of bad managers

Leadership team was a joke. They kept inventing processes probably just to look like their jobs were relevant.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

If compensation grew to your real value/contribution/team playership to the account/building.

Get raises based on cost of living. My expenses have gone up but my pay has barely gone up.

Very little or no bonus. Salary not the highest but good work life balance.

More pay and i feel undervalued because i proved my worth.

I think the stock plan should be more generous and the benefits must be improved.

Review from Marketing Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Need better People skills, and feel overworked.

To make the work environment better there needs to be better communication willingness to listen to each other, even if you are a step above in leader ship.

Coworkers vary most are good some lack

the lack of desire to complete work and lack of skills to complete tasks assigned

Very homogenous, diversity is not welcomed.

Review from Operations Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Everything has been great, its a very big company so i only know one other colleague in my city.

A better understanding of racial cultral difference is desired.

New management to start with. And new staff

Communications regarding reality is important.

Have HR actually do some work. Get on the phone to verify what you need to know. Make sure your hires have what they need to succeed.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

One person said it was not an interview, it was an interrogation

complete test prior hiring . test newappliers to check their skills and knowledge

Make sure that the recruiters and corporate HR communicate with greater efficiency.

I have been interviewed for promotions and not given the same consideration as external candidates. An unplanned phone conversation vs a sit down interview was one such instance.

Have HR involved in the hiring process, nepotism is highly practiced.

Review from Operations Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Skilled management is needed in upper management ( facilities )

management and chief lack of leadership to improve things

Need more technicians to do the work, and some training to improve skills

No one has followed up with me on where I am in the process and what I need. Only by speaking up have I received a quantum of help.

Again, management; the onsite supervisor as well as the offsite supervisor need to learn how to communicate effectively rather than just complain or take out their frustrations on their employees.
