What is the best part about your compensation package?

only thing I wish was different is that the company would match 401k up to 10%.

The annual bonus is great.

Insurance is top notch and 401k is good

Low premiums but very high deductible need deductible drop $2000

Im on day crew and we make $700 less a month then people on swing shift and we do more dangerous things around the planet like clean outs
