What is the best part about your compensation package?
only thing I wish was different is that the company would match 401k up to 10%.
The annual bonus is great.
Insurance is top notch and 401k is good
Low premiums but very high deductible need deductible drop $2000

A chose in health care plans. Better 401K matching percentage. Sick time.
Im on day crew and we make $700 less a month then people on swing shift and we do more dangerous things around the planet like clean outs
There is bad health insurance.
JM's vacation time policies are antiquated and way under what most companies provide.
