What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is a group of individuals you strive to be like, great attitudes & always willing to help.
They are all pretty level headed, patient, empathetic and driven. Overall all super good traits for a leadership team.
The employees that are actually on the floor always look out for each other and worked very hard with the exception of our clamp truck driver.
Eagerness to listen and act on fresh ideas and new employee perspectives.
Everyone works as a team
Nothing the lie to cover there own and thats why they have a big turn over at the breman plat the first shift supervisor dont know the rules of the plat and when u talk to higher ups the just look at u like your dum the fire ppl for no reason at all
The leadership team is very focused on overall employee well being while focusing on company wellbeing. They keep both on the horizon.
I think the leadership team cares about JM values and doing the right thing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lead. Make decisions that benefit the workers. Update plant infrastructer.
Communication to the employees and safety
Hiring more employee's to cut down on forced overtime
Every aspect of all levels of management
Pay more to the lower people.
Working together and not slacking
Involve employees on the floor more in decisions affecting their job.
