Johns Manville is very focused on culture. They hire people who they believe will be a good fit with the team they are working with not just hire people based on skill set.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I've been with this company for almost 11 years, and I have a coworker who is constantly trying to get me in trouble, and nothing is ever done about it despite the word saying lies
Their team skills beacuase its not good
Our biggest issue is with the lack of an adequate training team, and having an adequate amount of personnel.
