My day crew team works together to help out each other on ever task we can help with
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people on the floor working are awesome but Management needs to stop holding authority over everybody's head
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im on day crew and we make $700 less a month then people on swing shift and we do more dangerous things around the planet like clean outs
