Started in production through temp agency giving 1/3 of my pay to the agency. Interveiwed to become maintenance apprentice. Drove 80 miles 3 times a week to go to school that is not state accredited. Became plant mechanic after 4 years in the program. The place is falling apart literally.

Getting the job done right. Not cutting corners. Ensuring the safety of my fellow works.
