Our team works hard and plays hard. We do what we can to help benefit the company, but we also take time to build relationships and grow.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It felt very laid back. I was laughing with the interviewers and shocked that I was enjoying myself in an interview. They were very welcoming and never once tried to make me feel intimidated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They sincerely care about you as an individual. Juniper always touts that ideas are encouraged and listened to, and I've really felt that they've done a good job of actually showing that, rather that just saying it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone at Juniper goes out of their way to make me feel appreciated and included. The company has a very genuine family feel to it and I think that's felt by almost everyone here. I have flexibility with my work schedule too, because I earned that trust.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers, boss, and the work I'm doing each day. I love my job, and I love Juniper Systems. Because of the way I've been treated here, I want to work hard to help the company see success. I give a genuine effort to work my hardest each day because everyone else around me is doing the same.
