What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are proficient communicators and they always have the objective of helping out in any way they can. They handle high-stress situations very well and they are also open with company information to keep us up-to-date on what's going on.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all very friendly towards one another and there's never any drama from any of them being rude or unkind. They help me get my work done when I need it and they give me advice when I ask for it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
they asked a few questions that I had never heard before so it gave me an opportunity to give more of a creative response. They were also very conversational before and after the interview so that I felt comfortable and open during the interview.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is very family-friendly and although Juniper Systems wants employees to work hard, the company leadership recognizes that us employees have lives outside of work. They allow us to see and spend time with our family and we don't have to take work home with us.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I am making a difference in the company and knowing that my ideas are well-received. When I present an idea, so long as I have done research into my idea, my coworkers and supervisors put it into practice to see how well it will work.
