More money. Less canceled days
no money sad very sad
Outsourced company took a big portion of the salary
Better conditions Better equipment and more time off
There is a two teir system in place. We all do the same work but are paid 10 dollars less and do not get paid for the same holidays. We also don't share the same insurence and we do not qualify to receive a pension.
If they give new employees same benefits as regular employees it would change everything.
Working 3 to 4 different peoples jobs for the duration of my shift and likely the next shift by force needs to go. Guaranteed days off each week would be a great start.
A pay differential that would make someone on day shift tempted to come and work our shift
Being paid more money per hour
