Empathy. We are human and deserve to have a life away from work. Kelloggs used to feel like family years ago. No longer.

Being leaders. Thats as simple as it gets. They are not leaders, they are place holders until the next one comes along. Production scheduling could use a lot of work. Crew scheduling could use a lot more work.

Constantly cleaning house and changing direction 180 when a new outside leader comes in. Also, when you clean house age is a factor. There is serious age discrimination when letting people go.
