More money. Less canceled days

Outsourced company took a big portion of the salary
Better conditions Better equipment and more time off
There is a two teir system in place. We all do the same work but are paid 10 dollars less and do not get paid for the same holidays. We also don't share the same insurence and we do not qualify to receive a pension.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
no sadness and free food and money
Pay equalization and less forced overtime.
Management, Quality of supervisor, quality of coworker, quslity of life, above all. Quality contracts.
Do something with these miserable people who have been here too long and are bringing the rest of the crew down
FMLA rules that people are abusing and the seniority status they have

No strategic leadership in a competitive space
give people free stuff to homeless
The workforce is on strike at the moment for pay equalization, nothing more nothing less. Stop corporate greed and pay people their fair share!
Treating all employees would change it all.
I feel that management needs to treat people like they are human. I have seen dogs treated better in kennels
