There is a two teir system in place. We all do the same work but are paid 10 dollars less and do not get paid for the same holidays. We also don't share the same insurence and we do not qualify to receive a pension.

The workforce is on strike at the moment for pay equalization, nothing more nothing less. Stop corporate greed and pay people their fair share!
Treating all employees would change it all.
