Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am being paid the least in my store though i have the most paint knowlege and my store manager is very pleased with how i work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Management, crazy work loads, family hiring family, certain employees have work schedules catered while others are forced to pick up the slack.
