- How long do the interviews usually take at KIPP?Phone is about 30 minutes, first interview 1-2 hours, Panel interview 1-2 hours. If they require you to submit work, it will depend on how long it takes for you to create the required documents.

Responds with answers that solve the problem completely, with alternatives possibilities if something should go a different route. Be prepared for, "well, what if that didn't work, what would you do," responses.
