    High energy and very friendly.

  • The office vibe is extremely difficult to manage. Most people do things without following policies or procedures which often causes us to backtrack and redo things over and over again. I revisited the same project every year due to high turnover, and lack of understanding of the process.

Why KIPP? Why charter schools? What kinds of challenges do you forsee? How would you address them?

  • Most of the questions are going to center around technology in the classroom, and how it is used around pedagogy. Those can vary greatly, but in most cases, the answers they are looking for are open-ended, and they simply want to hear you continue to do everything to make things happen. They basically want to hear you say that you will do whatever it takes. When I say whatever, I really mean it. They want you to prioritize KIPP above everything else in your life. Keep that in mind when answering all of their questions.
