  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at KONE?
The incentive plan is all over the board creating competing departments. The sales incentive program is also relatively asinine. They try to put plans in place to keep sales people selling throughout the year but the incentive is so low that if a sales person is able to hit their number early you can plan on them skating for the rest the year. Also, there is not a culture of collaboration and candor. Many seem nice but in reality want nothing to do with you. Also, there are people who view honesty as combative and so avoided at all costs.
