The team is really great but the technical tools are archaic and the hours grueling. We are severly under staffed and everone is doing the work of 3 people, yet not being compensated accordingly. Im actively looking fir a new position.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have little control over our overall comp amd when the work load massively increases, the meager bonus doesn't match
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting everyone and learning about the role. I just wish they had been honest about the work load and inpact on family life.
