What did you like most about the interview process?
Everything was clear and precise.
it ok but neeeds more inpm
It was a positive interaction and wasnt hard as far as paperwork

The questions were easy and i was hired on the spot
I was given a chance to explain my resume and what my attributes were if I was hired. And ifelt comfortable talking as soon as I met the employer
very easy and quick with basic questions
It didn't take too long even though I had to do three interviews .
The questions my interviewer asked was very thought provoking.
That they cut right to the chase

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Give more time to ask questions about the new employee
The GM needs to be changed
No interview, just hire now
Stop hiring randoms they don't work
Again as always, fix everything.

Ask the basic questions and not some life questioner
I would improve it by letting a interviewees file the paperwork in store rather than having them fill it out at home, as well as advertise the position better, and create a friendly and welcoming environment to encourage more applicants
