The questions are open ended- so you can talk about yourself and your experiences a lot more

Everything was clear and precise.

Well my interview was years ago but it was fine

The questions my interviewer asked was very thought provoking.

It didn't take too long even though I had to do three interviews .

very easy and quick with basic questions

Give more time to ask questions about the new employee

The GM needs to be changed

No interview, just hire now

I would improve it by letting a interviewees file the paperwork in store rather than having them fill it out at home, as well as advertise the position better, and create a friendly and welcoming environment to encourage more applicants
