What are some of the best things about your team?
We believe in operating as a team.
Everyone is really nice, everyone does their jobs, everyone steps in with help if needed.
"Some" coworkers are a little disapointing but is workable
I truly enjoy working with majority of my coworkers
The team members were the reason nobody ever wanted to quit. We all had a pretty good bond for the most part.
We enjoy and care for one another

I only like the people I work with although they are also treated unfairly. They are friendly, bubbly and always happy to see me.

Loyalty, honesty and hardworkers for the small pay and promising of raises but double work added.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
By being a team and not just looking out for ones self. Seeing the bigger picture and being praised for a job well done vs treated pics poor everyday even when the hobs is done well management is never happy or satisfied

They need to be fired, they abuse power and drink on the job. This is the future of the New York Market.
If they would follow the guidelines when first hired and work by them. Not play games with cellphones and complaining about doing work. You don't work you don't eat. PERIOD!!!!

My coworkers need to improve their work ethics, attitude, and actually do their fair share of the job and treat each others as equals. I believe we could work better together if we even had meetings, if our store manager actually do their job, the supervisors need to stop harassing the employees,etc
