Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benifits insurane pto and vacation pay
If I was offered full time benefits for working full time hours
Honestly the money is not so much the problem. It is the management and leadership which is making everyone fed up and quit morale and numbers are lower and lower each day and only get worse. People who have been their less than 6 months already looking for other jobs because they are unhappy
A raise to compensate for the inflation in the past few years
Higher pay for my age
What are some of the best things about your team?
We believe in operating as a team.
Everyone is really nice, everyone does their jobs, everyone steps in with help if needed.
"Some" coworkers are a little disapointing but is workable
I truly enjoy working with majority of my coworkers
The team members were the reason nobody ever wanted to quit. We all had a pretty good bond for the most part.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
By being a team and not just looking out for ones self. Seeing the bigger picture and being praised for a job well done vs treated pics poor everyday even when the hobs is done well management is never happy or satisfied

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i get to work every day with a very diverse group of dynamic people.
The Customer smile makes me smile
I have many hardworking positive coworkers that demonstrate teamwork
We all work togethed and have respect for one another.
Change is good. We are always finding ways to make improvements in our store. Our staff comes from all different cultures and it's uplifting to see this.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
that ppl would be more nice
The general manager she is not worthh of her job

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get better staff equipment and management
You have an entire shop full of clowns that dont work and give out hundreds of free merchandise while paying people to sit around and do nothing
I think my manager needs to change the way the company works, be a bit more considerate of employees and not put all responsibility onto one person whilst on shift with us. Needs to be better time management skills and better employee welfare.
