Honestly the money is not so much the problem. It is the management and leadership which is making everyone fed up and quit morale and numbers are lower and lower each day and only get worse. People who have been their less than 6 months already looking for other jobs because they are unhappy

You have an entire shop full of clowns that dont work and give out hundreds of free merchandise while paying people to sit around and do nothing
I think my manager needs to change the way the company works, be a bit more considerate of employees and not put all responsibility onto one person whilst on shift with us. Needs to be better time management skills and better employee welfare.
