stop hiring incompetent GMs that harass employees
They have to value the bottom end of employees not just management when every business it bad the first thing to cut cost is cut hours never have I seen any of them take a pay cut
The ones that stand around on the phone needs to go
The Greenville NC shop is now corporate owned and they really need to place undercover employees to see exactly what is going on in this shop. Also bring in an outside shop manager because the ones currently there are to wrapped up in the personal instead of business with employees
Stop complaining about your family and friends and do your job. If you complain about money. Work harder at your job to get it!! Something my grandfather told me all the time
