Kuehne + Nagel Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The company has a competive bonus structure.

Review from Operations Dept

Above market rate matching my expectations

Bonus opportunities and general compensation.

The value of benefits package vs other comparable companies for the cost

medical, vacation, and flexibility taking time off

Review from Sales Dept

Stock options are very good

Review from Operations Dept

yes it is a great package

Review from Operations Dept

That it is more than 30% than elsewhere

Review from Sales Dept

It gives a young employee like myself the chance to sustain daily costs, paying taxes, bills etc.

payment compliance, and prompt response in inconveniences

Healthcare is good. Costly, but good.

appreciate still have bonus even during the pandemic session

I think the health benefits are outstanding

Well according to my approach .I see my compensation as a great bonus because am being transformed by this opportunity So the person iam becoming through this company is priceless. Then having this compensation package is really God sent.

It is the salary part

Review from Sales Dept

Fair benefits whereby all employees are treated equally

It accommodates for my life!

Review from Operations Dept

the amount of paid time is very good, depending on your lenght of service

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Need to pay market value and rewards high performers

They do not value their employee

Pay as per market equivalents and in parity with the market. Current payments well below market standards. Good people will move away.

Better pay and flexibilty to work from home

More resources and less urgency. Less administrative red tape and paperwork. There is no time for home life or a life outside of work. There is no separation.

Our office is entirely ignored in any public leadership conversation, even though we handle the majority of the workload. We are all paid less than any other office, despite doing twice as much.

Warehouse worker: Stressful job, hectic pace, unsociable hours, no benefits, no healthcare, no contract, no sick pay, poor work to life balance. Any mention of these things will get you fired where i work.
